The MarSurf M 410 consists of the MarSurf M 410 control unit and the MarSurf MD 26 driver.
The MarSurf M 410 control unit and the MarSurf MD 26 driver are separable and connected via the included USB cable.
The control unit, when paired with a dock, offers diverse application scenarios (e.g., creating a workstation or mounting the control unit on a wall).
The MarSurf MD 26 can be separated from the M410 control unit, offering greater flexibility and versatility.
Supports automatic probe positioning and measurement.
In the vertical direction, 7.5 mm electric adjustment is supported.
Manual tilt adjustment ±1 degree, guided by software.
Supports multi-angle measurement (including inverted measurement)
The metal bracket can be adjusted to different inclination angles.
A sturdy suitcase that also provides convenient storage for equipment and accessories.
"Independent power supply operation" -The rechargeable battery provides over 500 measurements per charge
BFW probe system → Measurement range: 500 µm (Options: 1000 µm, 1500 µm) → Probe tip radius: 2 µm
Magnetic probe holder allows quick probe switching without tools.
Additional impact protection.
The sensor exhibits high linearity across the entire range (linear deviation ≤ 1%).
Diverse measurement procedures support a wide range of measurement tasks.
It offers 52 roughness parameter types with performance comparable to a dedicated laboratory instrument.
Calibration function for calibrating new probes.
Arc or Inclined Surface Contour Compensation (ARC-)
Data Statistics Function
Quickly switch between different outline types (P-, W-, and roughness outlines)
Test Needle Management
A unique probe management system for creating, modifying, and deleting probes.
Upon delivery of the M 410, the standard probe BFW A 10-45-2/90 (6852403) is already included in the probe system.
The calibration data for the probe needle will be saved.
Tilt Correction Assistance Feature
The rotating disc is used to adjust the angle between the reference surface and the measurement surface of the MD 26 driver, with an adjustment range of ±1.0.
The software-assisted features of the MarSurf M 410 make adjusting the drive tilt angle effortless.
